Processing Times

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

• Orders placed after 9:00 AM EST will be processed the following business day.

• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• Flat-rate standard shipping applies to all orders under $100 CAD.

• Free standard shipping is offered on orders of $100 CAD or more (before tax and after discounts).

• Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or rural addresses may take longer.

Delivery Information

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

• Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Lanlay is not responsible for theft, loss, or delays caused by the carrier. If your order does not arrive within 5 business days after being marked delivered, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

• At this time, Lanlay only ships within Canada.

• We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
