Refund and Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Lanlay. While we stand behind the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please review our policy below.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund the original shipping charges from your order. Returns should be mailed to:

Refund Period

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
We do not accept returns past 30 days from the purchase date.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at grouplanlay@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged/defective item. Once approved by our team, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are not provided for defective items; replacements will be issued instead.

Missing Items

If your order is incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the missing product(s) at no additional cost.
